Our next Employment Law Update workshop will be 10 October 2019 as changes are made throughout the year to Employment Law.  If you’re a business owner or manager it’s important you understand how they affect you and your employees.

At the October workshop we will be joined by Pippa Clark, who is an Occupational Health (OH) specialist. Pippa will explain how OH can help businesses to help their employees to maintain safe and productive working lives and how OH helps businesses to develop healthy and productive workforces.

She will show you how you can make the best use of OH in your business. Before you dismiss an employee for not being able to do their job properly, it can be worth speaking to an OH specialist, to find out if there is more that you should be doing to help that employee in their work. Pippa will also explain how to make an effective referral to someone like her, to get the best out of her expertise. What are the questions you need to answer in order give an OH specialist the information they need, for them to give you the best advice? Together Pippa and Sue will talk you through some case studies that they have worked on, to show you how you can use OH to its full advantage in your business.
